  1. xmid3 gives the estimate of the difference in the x-midpoint between anti-miR-scramble (group 3) and groups 1 and 2 (anti-miR-200c w/o CAT and anti-miR-200c + CAT) and xmid 4 gives the estimate of the difference in the x-midpoint between anti-miR-scramble + with CAT (group 4) and groups 1 and 2.
